Refund/ Exchange Policies
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
we unfortunately do not offer exchanges but what you can do is start a return and with that refund you can buy the correct size
Refunds
All sales are final after 7 days of receiving your product we do not offer any refunds for our products or services after that 7 day window. Exceptions to this policy may only be made in cases of product defects or shipping errors. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please email our customer support team right away at infosupport@bornfromabove.co We will do our best to make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it has not been shipped. Our shipping times are extremely fast so please be sure to double check your items, sizes, and address are correct before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, or after 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to make any changes or proceed with a cancellation.
